Who am I?
Hi, I’m Jess Tucker, a clinical nutritionist passionate about helping people improve their health, energy and quality of life through practical, evidence-based nutrition. I work primarily with adults navigating midlife and healthy ageing, as well as teenagers and families looking to build strong foundations for lifelong health. Whether your goal is to support energy levels, improve metabolic health, navigate perimenopause, optimise nutrition for growth and development, or simply feel your best, I provide personalised guidance tailored to your individual needs.
My personal journey into nutrition began while working in the US advertising industry, where I developed chronic fatigue syndrome and underwent a complete dietary and lifestyle overhaul. This sparked my passion for nutrition and chronic disease management, leading me to retrain as a clinical nutritionist. I studied nutrition science at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand, and have since been committed to delivering science-backed, evidence-based advice.
My approach is centred on helping clients cut through nutrition confusion and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and wellbeing. I believe nutrition should be practical, realistic and enjoyable—not restrictive or overwhelming. By combining current nutrition science with an understanding of your lifestyle, goals and health history, I help you make informed choices that support energy, strength, confidence and healthy ageing.
I look forward to working with you!
